Paulette's So Amazing Tribute To Luther Vandross

Paulette McWilliams provided backing vocals for Luther Vandross on every one of his albums, from "Forever, Or Always For Love" to "The Very Best Of Love" in 2002. She was also the vocal contractor for Luther's fourth studio album, "The Night That I Fell In Love," ranked #93 on Rolling Stone Magazine's list of the 100 Best Albums of the 1980s. Paulette and Luther met while she was performing as one of Bette Midler's Harlettes, before Luther's debut album, "Never Too Much," was released. Luther even sang backing vocals for Paulette's cover of Bread's iconic song "If," by David Gates. Paulette and Luther shared a love for vocals and vocal arrangements and would often discuss their favorites. Paulette recorded "So Amazing" for her "A Woman's Story" CD, with Grammy winner Kamau Kenyatta arranging her version of Luther's incredible song.
